  • Returned within 14 days of delivery


2. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used candles and sprays

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards or digital items


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will promptly issue a replacement, store credit, or full refund.


4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 to 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
